Free gives you 1 dashboard in 1 project to try it without risk. Starter adds 3 client projects, Google Sheets sync and PNG export. Pro unlocks 15 dashboards, 10 client projects with their own theme, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, templates, insights and embedding, and removes our branding. Business adds unlimited dashboards and client projects, white-label mode, extra accounts, hourly sync, scheduled email reports and API access. It is built for consultants and agencies.

It depends on the trial. The Free plan doesn't ask for a card and has no trial: it is 1 dashboard, free for as long as you like. Starting a paid plan from this page takes a card in Stripe Checkout and gives you 14 days before the first charge, with a reminder 3 days before it; cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Inside the app, a Free account can also start a 14-day Pro trial without a card, once per account.

On a paid-plan trial, your card is charged on day 14 and the plan carries on. Cancel before then and you are not charged. When the in-app Pro trial ends, your account moves back to Free. Either way nothing is deleted.

Yes. EasyDash accepts .xlsx and .csv files on every plan, and Google Sheets from Starter. If you can open it in Excel or Google Sheets, EasyDash can turn it into a dashboard. Messy columns, mixed data and missing values are handled for you.

Uploads can be up to 25 MB. Each chart plots at most 5,000 rows after your data is grouped, and tells you when it has had to leave rows out.

If you are on any paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business) and you are not happy within 30 days of paying, email us and we refund every cent. You don't have to explain why.

Yes, on the Business plan. You can remove all EasyDash branding and use your own logo, so your clients see your brand, not ours. You look like you built a custom tool, and we stay invisible.

On paid plans a Google Sheets dashboard syncs by itself: daily on Starter, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Business. Free dashboards are built from an uploaded file and do not sync automatically.

Absolutely. Monthly plans cancel with no notice and no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 30-day window, but you keep access until the end of the period.

Yes. Downgrading never deletes a dashboard. If you have more than your new plan allows, the extra ones are frozen: you can still open them but not edit them, and they unfreeze when you upgrade again.

Your files are stored in the EU, on Supabase. To design a layout we send OpenAI a description of your columns: names, types, value ranges and a few example labels, never rows from your file. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Yes. Your files are stored in the EU and encrypted at rest and in transit, and payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). OpenAI, which designs the layout, sees a description of your columns and never your rows. You can ask us to delete all of your data at any time.
