Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EasyDash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EasyDash website and service (“Service”) operated by EasyDash (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription & Billing

EasyDash offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under our Client Impression Guarantee, no questions asked.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to EasyDash. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your spreadsheets, dashboards, or business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating charts, storing dashboards, and syncing data sources).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you provide to EasyDash. Do not upload data that you do not have permission to use or that contains sensitive personal information without appropriate safeguards.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems; resell access to the Service without our permission; use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service; or attempt to access other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to factors beyond our control (infrastructure outages, third-party service disruptions).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The EasyDash service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
