Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EasyDash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EasyDash website and service (“Service”) provided by EasyDash ApS, CVR 46552539, Amagerfælledvej 146, 2. 9, 2300 København S, Denmark (“EasyDash”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription & Billing

EasyDash offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In addition to any rights you have by law, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment under our Client Impression Guarantee, no questions asked. With a free trial, your first payment is the one taken when the trial ends. The guarantee covers that first payment once per account, not later renewals.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@easydash.app with a clear statement that you are withdrawing, or use the model withdrawal form below. You only need to send it before the 14 days end.

When you buy a paid plan, you ask us to start the Service straight away, during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we will refund what you paid, less an amount proportional to the service you used before you told us. Because our 30-day Client Impression Guarantee refunds the full amount, in practice you will get everything back if you withdraw within 30 days of your first payment.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to EasyDash. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your spreadsheets, dashboards, or business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating charts, storing dashboards, and syncing data sources).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you provide to EasyDash. Do not upload special categories of personal data (such as health data, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs) or data about criminal convictions unless we have agreed to it in writing beforehand.

Where your data includes personal data about other people, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms and governs that processing. If the DPA and these Terms conflict on the processing of personal data, the DPA prevails.

You decide who can see your dashboards. When you make a dashboard public, protect it with a password, embed it on a website or invite team members, anyone with the link, password or access can see the data it shows. Check what a dashboard contains before you share it.

6. AI-Generated Content

An AI model suggests the first layout and chart types of a dashboard from a description of your columns. It also suggests the extra charts you ask for, carries out the changes you describe in your own words, and writes AI summaries from the numbers on a page. Any of this can be wrong or misleading, for example by picking an unsuitable chart, aggregating a column in a way you did not intend, or describing a change the numbers do not support. AI layouts and summaries are labelled in the Service. Review a dashboard, and any summary on it, before you rely on it or share it. The underlying numbers come from your data, which we do not change.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems; resell access to the Service without our permission; use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service; or attempt to access other users’ data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to factors beyond our control (infrastructure outages, third-party service disruptions).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDash ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or intent, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual Property

The EasyDash service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. To delete your account, email privacy@easydash.app from the address you signed up with. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
